How much will it cost me?
Our site selection services are at no charge to our clients. The hotels pay us a booking fee for room revenue, which is never passed on to you, the client.
Can’t I get a better room rate if I deal directly with the hotel?
No. Due to the volume of business we place on an annual basis, we are able to negotiate favorable rates that may not be available to you. Additionally we can negotiate added concessions in the contracting stage that you may not be eligible for or aware of.
What happens if I want to do a site inspection?
We provide the support and assistance at the level you need, every step of the way. Once you narrow your destination choices we offer a comprehensive site inspection with an efficient itinerary planned to maximize your time.
Can you help me with contract negotiation?
While we are not attorneys and we recommend your legal department review any final contract draft before signature, our extensive industry experience with hotel contracts and favorable concessions enable us to facilitate an agreement that is the most beneficial to your organization.
Do you represent specific hotels?
No, we are an independent destination selection firm that proposes properties to you based on your criteria. We will generate rates & availability from all hotels in a geographic area that fit your specific needs.
